My Car Stereo Doesn't Output Sound When Connected to a Mobile Device Through Bluetooth Connection
This occurs when the Music Center app is set to Audio in as the sound source. This causes the XM-GS6DSP 6/5 channel class-D amplifier with DSP not to output sound when connected to a mobile device through Bluetooth® connection. Follow the steps below to change the sound source:
- On your mobile device, tap the Music Center
icon to open the app.
- Tap Speaker & Group.
- Select My Library.
- Play a music.
Note: The sound source changes to Audio in when you restart or reconnect your mobile device to the car stereo.
