An error code beginning with C:32 is displayed in the LCD screen or viewfinder.

A letter and number error code of C:32:xx indicates a temporary issue with the camera hardware. It can normally be resolved by turning the camera off and on again. Follow the steps below to perform a manual reset if the error is not resolved.

1. Turn off the camera.
2. Remove the battery pack.
3. While the battery is out of the camera, press and hold the POWER button for 15 seconds.
4. Release the POWER button.
5. Reinsert the battery pack into the camera.
6. Turn on the camera.

If the issue is not resolved, service may be required.  Go to Product Repair.
