Why is the Sony logo upside-down on the display screen of my camera?

The Sony "Vlogging" cameras have a feature that allows you to open your display screen and place it in numerous positions to assist with your imaging needs. These positions allow increased flexibility in situations such as when shooting images that are close to the ground or selfie images.
When the display screen is first opened, the SONY logo will be upside down due to this flexibility of movement. This is normal.
If the display screen is set to take selfie images, then the orientation of the SONY logo is correct.
If the display screen is positioned against the body of the camera, the SONY logo is correct.
Finally, the screen can be positioned so that the display is completely protected. This is useful when carrying the camera in your pocket.
