The Battery Care function isn't working. The battery charges fully even though the Battery Care function is set to ON
This issue has been resolved.
Make sure to update the system software of the player to the latest version (Version 2.01.00 or later).
Note: If your Walkman® firmware is Version 2.00.02, you may still experience the issue.
