There is no sound when audio is output through a USB device connected to the Walkman

    When a USB® device is connected to the Walkman®, depending on the application, audio output may not be enabled and there may be no sound.

    Follow these steps to make sure the sound output is enabled.

    1. Open the app you want to use.
    2. With the app open, disconnect the USB cable and reconnect it.
    3. Play content with the app.
