The Music player app doesn't open
When you launch the Music player app soon after turning on the Walkman®, the app may not open immediately. Wait for a moment. If the app screen still doesn't appear after waiting for a while, follow these steps:
- While the Walkman screen is unlocked, in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the (Overview button)
- Swipe the Music player app screen up to close the app.
Note: To close all the apps, swipe the screen to the left and tap CLEAR ALL. - Open the Music player app again.
