The Music player app doesn't open

    When you launch the Music player app soon after turning on the Walkman®, the app may not open immediately. Wait for a moment. If the app screen still doesn't appear after waiting for a while, follow these steps:

    1. While the Walkman screen is unlocked, in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the (Overview button)
    2. Swipe the Music player app screen up to close the app.
      Note: To close all the apps, swipe the screen to the left and tap CLEAR ALL.
    3. Open the Music player app again.
