    • If your camera doesn't include a USB AC adapter or USB cable, use a commercially available USB AC adapter and USB cable.

    • When using a USB AC adapter, ensure it has a rated output of at least 1.5A.
    • For some cameras with a Multi/Micro USB port and a USB Type-C™ port, charging via the Multi/Micro USB terminal is not possible. Please use the USB Type-C port.

    Troubleshooting

The charge lamp turns off immediately

If the charge lamp turns off right after charging starts, the battery may already be fully charged. Check the battery level on your camera to confirm.

If the charge lamp doesn't light up

    1. Remove the battery and reinsert it 2-3 times.
    2. If available, try charging with a different battery. The original battery may be faulty if the charge lamp lights up with a different battery.
