The images in the electronic viewfinder are blurry or distorted

To resolve a blurry or distorted image issue in the EVF, follow these steps, checking the focus after each step:

1. Adjust the diopter-adjustment dial according to your eyesight until the display appears clearly in the viewfinder.
   
   • ILCE-1 is the body displayed.
   • If it is hard to operate the diopter-adjustment dial, remove the eyepiece cup before operating the dial.
2. Set the Focus to Auto.
3. Make sure the lens and viewfinder are clean. If the lens is dirty, clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
4. Make sure the inner surface of the lens is not fogged.
5. If moisture condensation has occurred, turn off the camera for at least one hour and power it on again.
