The camera can continue to adjust the exposure during Continuous Shooting if you set the AEL w/ shutter to Off or Auto and the Focus Mode to AF-C or AF-A. Check the manual for model-specific information. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
Note:
- When the focus mode is set to AF-S, the exposure is locked on the first shot.
- When the focus mode is set to AF-A, the exposure is locked depending on the shooting scene of the camera.
- Some models do not support AF-A.
- On the DSC-RX100M5 and DSC-RX100M5A, if you set Cont. Shooting to Hi, the aperture and use of the ND filter will be locked to their values on the first shot and will not change during continuous shooting. When the camera automatically controls the shutter speed or the ISO value, the camera will continuously adjust the exposure during continuous shooting.
