The settings (Equalizer, Spatial Sound etc.) on the INZONE Hub software don't work

    • To use the INZONE Hub software settings, make sure the Output of the computer is set to INZONE Buds-Game, INZONE H9 / INZONE H7 / INZONE H5 - Game, or INZONE H3. Follow these steps to set the Output on the computer:

    • The App Sync Settings only works when the headphones are connected to a computer using the USB transceiver and the INZONE Hub software is running.
    • The following will not work when the headphones are connected to PlayStation®5 or connected to any device via Bluetooth®:
      • Sound Settings
        • Sound Profile
        • Equalizer
        • Spatial Sound
        • Spatial Sound Personalization
        • Dynamic Range Control
      • Microphone Settings
        • Microphone Volume
        • Auto Gain Control
        • Microphone Test
