Can I purchase the earbuds (headphones) or the charging case separately?

How to replace an earbud or charging case will depend on your model. For more information, refer to the section for your model earbuds.
Note: The warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or damaged items.
WF-1000XM5, WF-1000XM4, WF-SP800N, LinkBuds (WF-L900), or LinkBuds S (WF-LS900N)
The earbuds are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate with and from each other. These settings can only be configured at the Authorized Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part.
- If one of the earbuds is lost or damaged, send the remaining items (earbuds and charging case) to an Authorized Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be reset with the remaining components.  Go to Product Repair. 
- If a charging case is lost or damaged: The charging case is available as a replacement part from our Authorized Parts Distributor.  Go to Parts and Accessories. 
LinkBuds UC
The earbuds and the USB transceiver are all pre-set with information that allows them to communicate with and from each other. These settings can only be configured at the Service Center with all four components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part.
Note: The charging case is available as a replacement part.
WF-C700N, WF-C510, WF-C500, or WF-XB700
The earbuds and charging case are not available individually.
Other Truly Wireless models
The two sides of the headphones and the charging case are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate with and from each other. These settings can only be configured at an Authorized Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part.
If the charging case or one of the headphones is lost or damaged, send the remaining items to an Authorized Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be reset with the remaining components.  Go to Product Repair.
