What happens when the internal hard disk drive of the 4K Media Player becomes full?
If the internal hard disk drive of the 4K Media Player becomes full, you can no longer download contents from the 4K Video Unlimited Store. When this happens, you can do any of the following:
- Connect an external hard disk drive to the EXTRA HDD (USB) port on the rear of the 4K Media Player and format the external hard disk drive. Then move the content of My 4K Videos of the internal hard disk drive to the external hard disk drive.
- Manually delete a movie downloaded from the 4K Video Unlimited Store to free up space.
