Error message appears when streaming apps

Follow the instructions provided below based on the error code you encounter.
Error 1106
- Make sure the router is connected to the internet.
- Perform a Network Setup again.
- The Network Setup is available from the menu of the internet video device. Check your manual to perform the steps. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- Set the IP address on the router to a fixed setting.
- Set the Primary DNS on the computer to 8.8.8.8.
- Check the manual supplied with your modem or router to change the Primary DNS on a computer.
- Set the Primary DNS on the internet video device to 8.8.4.4.
Errors 5006, 5007, 5008, and 2200
- Check the physical connection by viewing the Network Status option in the menu.
- Make sure that the latest system software (firmware) update is installed. Updates can be obtained from the Network menu of the TV.
- Refresh the internet content.
- If the steps above didn't resolve the issue, perform a power reset or restart of the TV:
The menu items and steps may vary, so follow the steps that best match your TV menu:
- Restart the TV with the supplied remote control (easiest):
- Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears → select Restart
- Press and hold the POWER button until Power off appears on the screen
- Restart using the menu. On the remote:
- Press Quick Settings → Settings → System → Restart → Restart
- Press HOME → navigate to Settings → About → Restart → Restart
- Press HOME → navigate to Settings → Device Preferences → About → Restart → Restart
- If the power cord is accessible:
- Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.
Note: It may be necessary to reset the device two or three times.- If the power reset does not resolve the issue, then perform a factory reset.
- Restart the TV with the supplied remote control (easiest):
