• If the unzipped file downloaded from the Sony® web site is extracted to a blank USB memory device that has been formatted in a FAT32 format.

  NOTE: For information about formatting your USB drive to a FAT32 standard, contact the device manufacturer.

• If the USB memory device is properly connected or if it is compatible with the Blu-ray Disc player.
