The TV Screen Flickers When Playing a Blu-ray Disc or DVD on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc Player

This issue occurs if your TV isn't compatible with 24p video. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

• If your TV has a Deep Color setting, turn it Off.
  • Check your TV manual for more information.
• On your Blu-ray Disc™ player, set the HDMI Deep Color setting to Off.

  1. On your Blu-ray Disc player's remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Screen Settings.
  4. Select HDMI Deep Color Output.
  5. Select Off.

• On your Blu-ray Disc player, set the 24p Output settings to Off.

  1. On your Blu-ray Disc player's remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Screen Settings.
  4. Select 24p Output.
     • For Blu-ray disc
       1. Select Ultra HD Blu-ray/BD-ROM
       2. Set to Off. (The default setting is Auto)
     • For DVD disc
       1. Select DVD-ROM
       2. Set to Off. (The default setting is Auto)
