What do I need to get surround sound from my BD player?
Your Blu-ray Disc (BD) player can be connected to any Audio/Video (A/V) stereo receiver using an HDMI® connecting cable for playback purposes. However, in order to obtain surround sound, your A/V receiver would need to have multi-channel audio capability.
NOTE: For specific information regarding various settings and functions on the A/V receiver to be used with the BD player, please contact the manufacturer of the A/V receiver.
