If the video device displays an error code that begins with C or E and won't play a disc, check the following for its corresponding description and solution:
C13 or C31
The disc may be incompatible.
The disc may be dirty, scratched, or incorrectly inserted preventing the laser from reading the disc.
- Clean the disc and make sure to insert the disc properly.
C32
The issue is with the rotor table such as a fallen disc.
- Make sure to remove any obstruction. If the error continues, perform a system reset.
C81
An internal problem occurred with the device.
E2000
May occur if a disc isn't properly inserted or if there's a problem with the media being used causing the disc to be stuck.
- Perform a system reset and then eject the disc.
E2700
Stuck disc or issue with the transport mechanism.
- Perform a system reset and then eject the disc.
Any other E or C error code
- Turn off the unit.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and wait for three minutes.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and turn the unit back on.
If you've completed all of the steps and it doesn't resolve the issue, service may be required.  Go to Product Repair.
