Unable to view the image on the portable DVD player.
Each of these steps provides a possible solution to no video from the portable DVD player. Verify that the image is still not seen after following each step.
- Make sure that the content on the DVD contains video format supported by the player.
NOTE: Model-specific information including the type of discs and video formats supported is available in the supplied manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- Make sure that the LCD mode is set to On. Depending on the model, the LCD mode can be changed by either pressing the LCD MODE button or by changing the mode from the menu.
- Adjust the brightness level to a higher brightness. This setting can be found in the menu of the player.
- If the player is being connected to a TV or other display device, make sure that the connections are secure.
- Try a different disc.
