The driver for a USB device may not be compatible with a computer running a 64-bit operating system. This applies to factory-installed 64-bit operating systems as well as computers that have been upgraded to a 64-bit operating system.
An updated driver that is compatible may be available. Contact the manufacturer for the availability of updated drivers. If you are using a Sony® USB device, an update may be available.
