Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)Can SxS PRO Memory Cards be used by devices other than the Sony XDCAM EX camcorder?
The SxS PRO Memory Cards can be used on any VAIO computer with an Express Card slot as long as SxS device driver is installed. Also, they can be used with a memory card reader/writer, such as the SBAC-US10, which is manufactured to support SxS PRO Memory Cards.
Should I install the SxS Memory Card device driver when using it with a PC and where can I download it?
Yes. The SxS Memory Card device drivers can be downloaded from the Sony® Web site at https://servicesplus.us.sony.biz/sony-software-model-SXSDRIVERS.aspx.
Does the Windows ReadyBoost feature of Windows Vista® operating system work with SxS PRO Memory Cards?
SxS PRO Memory Cards do not support the Windows ReadyBoost feature.
