Unable to install a software update or driver from the Sony® Support Web site.

Follow this procedure to troubleshoot an update or driver that will not install from the Sony eSupport Web site.

1. Ensure the update or driver being downloaded is for your model.
2. Ensure that the directions for the update posted on the download page are being followed.
3. Ensure no other programs are running.
4. Delete all Temporary Internet files.
5. Delete the update or driver .exe file that was downloaded and restart the computer.
6. Download the update again and attempt to install.
