The NVIDIA® GeForce® graphics driver update does not install using VAIO Update.
If you download and install the NVIDIA GeForce graphics adapter driver update using VAIO Update, the driver may not install properly. Also, if the driver does not install, you may be unable to increase the display resolution and Standard VMA may be listed in Device Manager.
To resolve the issue, download and install the driver update directly from the Sony® eSupport Web site through the Drivers & Software link on this page.
