SDXC/SDHC UHS-II Memory Card Replacement Program

    We have discovered an issue with some SF-M32, SF-M64, and SF-M128 SD memory cards where a specific UHS-II product may be slow to recognize the card, or may not recognize it at all.
    Note: The card should be recognized in less than one second.

    To address this issue we are implementing a free replacement program for Affected SD Cards.

    Symptoms

    Some SF-M32, SF-M64, and SF-M128 SD memory cards may not be properly recognized when used in the UHS-II slot of the Olympus® OM-D E-M1 Mark II digital single-lens reflex cameras.
    Note: As of February 2017, this is the only product model that we have confirmed exhibits the issue, however, it may occur with other models in the future.

    Affected SD Cards

    This issue affects only SF-M32, SF-M64, and SF-M128 SD memory cards that were shipped before January 2017.

    To check whether or not your card is affected look for a mark on the lower left corner on the back of the card. If your card has a mark (as shown) your card is not affected by this issue.

    Resolution

    We are offering free replacements for Affected SD Cards from March 15, 2017, until March 31, 2018.

    If you have an Affected SD Card please call us at 877-440-3453 to arrange for your free replacement.

    IMPORTANT: We cannot transfer the contents from your Affected SD Card to the replacement card. Please move the contents from your card to your computer or other storage device before sending the card for replacement.
