No Sound on My Car Stereo When I Use the Handsfree Call Function

Update the firmware version of your car stereo to resolve this issue. Downloads are posted on your model support page.

You can also follow the steps below as a temporary fix to this issue, then you can download and install the firmware update at a later time:

1. Press the MODE button twice when receiving a call.
2. Change the RINGTONE setting from 1 to 2.
   1. Press the MENU button.
   2. Rotate the control dial to select BLUETOOTH.
   3. Press the control dial.
   4. Rotate the control dial to select RINGTONE.
   5. Press the control dial.
   6. Rotate the control dial to select 2.
   7. Press the control dial.
