There is no sound from the SIRIUS Satellite Radio receiver.

If you are not getting any sound from the SIRIUS Satellite Radio® receiver, there may be a loose connection or an incorrect setting. Try the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check the audio cables and verify they are plugged in correctly.
    2. Check the FM Transmitter Setting and verify your FM radio is set to the correct channel.
    3. Verify that the antenna is securely mounted in one of the recommended locations for optimal reception.
    4. Verify that you are getting sound from both the FM stations and the CD player.

NOTE: If you are getting sound out of your FM tuner but no sound from the CD player, verify that the blue and white Amp Remote  cable is connected.

    5. Press the RESET button on the mobile stereo receiver and on the tuner module, if applicable.
    6. Verify that your SIRIUS Satellite Radio service is still activated.
