I can't hear anything when pairing my hearing aid with my Xperia
Why is sound still coming from the Xperia even though I connected (paired) my hearing aid?
This issue occurs when the pairing process is not completed correctly. To fix it, follow these steps.
- Find and tap Settings → Device Connection → tap the Setting icon (gear icon) next to the device name → tap Forget.
- Tap Pair new device and follow the instructions to reconnect your hearing aid.
