Can I select all photos at once using the Album app?

    You can select all photos at the same time if you use the Album app version 6.3.A.0.0 or higher. The instructions how to select all photos at the same time vary depending on Album version. You can install or update to the latest version of the Album app using Google Play™ Store.

    Selecting all photos in the Album app

    Album app version 6.3.A.0.0 or higher

    To select all photos in the Album app

    1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
    2. Find and tap Album.
    3. When viewing thumbnails of photos and videos, touch and hold an item until it is highlighted.
    4. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots), then tap Select all.
    Tip: When you have selected Select all, you can delete  all items at the same time. Alternatively, if the the number of items does not exceed 500, you can share  all of them at the same time (It's not possible to share DRM-protected content or photos taken with camera app Sound photo). You can also tap the menu button (three vertical dots) to see what options are available.

    1. Find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Apps info.
    2. Find and tap Album.
    3. Scroll down to see app version.

    Android version 6.0, 7.0, 7.1 or 7.1.1

    2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
    3. Find and tap Album.
