The battery does not charge 100%

The battery will only charge up to 80% or 90% of the battery capacity at all times if the Always mode in the Battery Care settings is set to ON. This limits the battery charge to help extend the battery's lifespan.
Note: You can choose either 80% or 90% for the charging limit when you select the Always mode in the Battery Care setting.
Charge the phone battery 100%:
- Settings → Battery → Battery care.
- Set the Always mode toggle to OFF.
