Can't hear any sound from the headset when a wired headset is connected

The Xperia phones don't support a headset with a 5-pole plug.
Please use a 4-pole or 3-pole headset with a diameter of 3.5 mm.
Note: For 4-pole plugs, use products that comply with CTIA standards (known as American Headset Jack (AHJ)). Check the instruction manual of the headsets to see if it conforms to the CTIA standard.
