aibo's Eyes, Ears, and Tail Move Even Though It's Not Walking
Your aibo™ robotic companion's eyes, ears, and tail move while it walks. However, aibo may do these things even though it's just standing still. To see if aibo's actions are normal, follow these steps and check if the issue still occurs after completing each step:
- Say "hand".
- If aibo shakes hands as ordered, then aibo's actions are normal. Wait until aibo starts its next movements.
- If aibo doesn't shake hands, move to the next step.
- Restart aibo.
- On the back of aibo's neck, press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn it off temporarily.
- Press and hold the power button again for two seconds to turn on aibo.
