Where Can I Find aibo's Serial Number?

You can find the 7-digit serial number or product number of your aibo™ robotic companion in the following locations:

Check in the My aibo App

Follow the steps to check serial number or product number according to the device in use:

• Using your smartphone
  1. Launch the My aibo app.
  2. Select My aibo.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Device info.
• Using your computer
  1. Launch the My aibo app.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Device info.

Check Under the Lid on the Torso

1. Press and hold the power button on the back of aibo's neck for two seconds to turn it off. 
2. Place aibo on its back on a flat surface.
3. Push the lid on the torso and remove it when it pops up.

   

   • The serial number is on the sticker attached to the lid.

     

Check the Label Attached to the Packaging Box
