The My aibo app map does not get updated or does not display the welcoming place or potty

Follow the instructions according to the issue your aibo™ robotic companion is experiencing.

The My aibo app map does not get updated

If the My aibo app map is not displayed correctly or only shows the aibo icon on the map, do the following:

• Check whether aibo is powered on.
• Check whether aibo is connected to the network.
• Press the Have aibo explore button on the map display screen of the My aibo app.
• Let aibo move around freely to make it remember the map.

The map does not display the welcoming place or potty

The welcoming place and potty are not displayed when aibo has not yet remembered where they are.
