Error: No Bluetooth-compatible hearing aids discovered

The "No Bluetooth-compatible hearing aids discovered." message usually appears when the OTC hearing aids have insufficient charge to be detected during the Bluetooth® pairing process.
If you encounter this error, place the hearing aids into the charging case and let them fully charge before you attempt to set them up with the Sony | Hearing Control app.
For charging instructions, refer to Step 2 of the Quick Setup Guide for your model:
- For the CRE-E10: Quick Setup for the CRE-E10 Self-fitting OTC hearing aids
- For the CRE-C20: Quick Setup for the CRE-C20 Self-fitting OTC hearing aids
