I can't hear phone call audio in Xperia Ear Duo (iPhone)

• When using Xperia Ear Duo with an iPhone, phone audio is not automatically sent to the headset when I answer the call by swiping the phone screen. What can I do?

Solution

You might experience that a phone call is not received by the Xperia Ear Duo headset when you answer it using the iPhone screen. To receive the call in your headset instead, answer the call by tapping one of the Xperia Ear Duo main units. If you have already picked up the call using the iPhone screen, tap the audio icon on the phone screen and select XEA20.
