During flight, the aircraft does not advance past a certain position
If either of the following messages is displayed in the Airpeak Flight app, the aircraft's airspace information may not match that displayed by the app.
- Cannot display info: aircraft and mobile device have different geofence info. The aircraft's geofence info will be used for the flight.
- Cannot display info: aircraft and mobile device have different airspace info versions. The aircraft's airspace info will be used for the flight.
To resolve the issue, Retransfer the airspace information to the airspace database system using the Airpeak Flight app. Also, if you have set a user-specified zone, the aircraft cannot go outside that airspace.
Note: User-specified zones are not displayed in the Airpeak Flight app. To change the setting, select Settings → Aircraft → Safety functions → User-specified zone in the Airpeak Flight app. For details, refer to the Airspace flight-restricted functions in the Help Guide.
