The battery is charging constantly and the Power Meter shows 0%.
The battery LED may indicate the battery is charging even when the battery is at full charge. When this occurs, the Power Meter will also not properly show the correct status of the battery. To resolve this issue, download and install any available BIOS updates. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
IMPORTANT: This procedure must be performed while logged in as Administrator or to an account with Administrator rights.
