Screen Goes Black When I Switch to HDMI Input

This occurs after you connect a source device with an HDMI® cable, and then press the Input button. It may take the computer several seconds for the display to appear after switching to the HDMI input while it waits for a response from the source device. If the video still doesn't appear, check the following:
- Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected.
- Try other HDMI inputs on the connected device.
