How to use the InPrivate Browsing feature of the Windows User Interface (UI) version of the Internet Explorer browser.

    Follow these steps to turn on the InPrivate Browsing feature.

    1. Point to (but do not click) the lower-right or top-right corner of the screen, and click to select the Search charm.

      NOTE: The Windows Logo + Q key combination will also take you to the Search screen.

    2. In the Search screen, click the Apps category, and then click the Internet Explorer icon.

    3. In the Internet Explorer screen, right-click an empty section of the screen, and in the upper-right corner of the screen, click the Options icon then, from the menu, click New InPrivate tab.

    The InPrivate Browsing feature is now turned on.
