Did you forget your password appears in a message box on the log in screen.
The message Did you forget your password? will appear when the password is entered incorrectly.
- In the Type your password box, ensure the spelling of the password is correct.
- Ensure the proper case is used for the password.
- Ensure to press the NUMLOCK key when using the keypad to enter digits.
NOTE: If the password has been forgotten it can be removed by logging in as the Administrator in Safe Mode, then changing the account password .
