The link to Help and Support is missing from the start menu.
- Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel window, click Appearance and Personalization.
- In the Appearance and Personalization window, under Taskbar and Start Menu, click Customize the Start menu.
- In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, click the Customize button.
- In the Customize Start Menu, click to place a check in the box next to Help, then click the OK button.
- In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, click the OK button.
- In the Appearance and Personalization window, click the X in the upper right corner to close the window.
- Restart the computer.
