How to clean the interior of the television.
In rare cases, such as if you think there is a build-up of cigarette smoke residue obscuring the screen, you may want to have the interior of your projection television cleaned.
Interior cleaning must be performed by an authorized Sony® servicer. The Sony eService Web site at https://eservice.sony.com/ can assist you in obtaining service from a Sony Service Center or locating a Sony Authorized Servicer.
NOTE: Tube televisions are sealed, much like a lightbulb, and do not require interior cleaning.
