Troubleshooting
Make sure the screen is not tilted or curved.
Note: The screen may become curved while rolled up for storage.
- An example of the screen seen from the front or side.
- An example when the screen is not placed flat or leveled.
Adjust the installation angle of the unit and be careful of the following points:
- If the screen is not flat or the front of the unit is not parallel to the screen, one side of the image will be large and blurred.
- Avoid using the unit if it is tilted. Only install the unit on a level surface or the ceiling. Installing the unit in such a location may result in uneven color uniformity.
- If the unit is tilted up or down, the image on the screen may be trapezoidal.
Examples of unsuitable conditions
- A: 15° or more
- B: 10° or more
As it is a product that projects an image through a lens, the center of the four sides of the screen may be distorted.
Points that the issue can occur and illustration of the distortion
If this issue occurs, try the following:
- Make the image size slightly larger than the screen.
- Adjust the image position by shift and size by zoom so that the black mask hides the distorted shape on the screen.
Note: For details on how to adjust, refer to the Adjusting the Position of the Projected Image section of the Help Guide.
If the issue is not resolved, service may be required.  Go to Product Repair.
