I can not to set up my home theatre system or soundbar using the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app

If your home theatre system or soundbar model is listed, you must complete the initial setup using the Sony | BRAVIA Connect mobile app. If you connect an optional subwoofer or surround sound speakers, set them up using the app. Check the product Help Guide for more details. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
If you experience any connection or settings issues with the app, refer to the following:
- Make sure you enter the correct information when adding your Sony account to the app settings. If you can't sign in and need to restart the registration process, clear the cookies and cache on your smartphone where the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app is installed. - If the Bluetooth® pairing has already finished when the device registration in the app fails, delete the Bluetooth pairing information displayed as LE_xxxxx (the model name) in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings and perform the pairing again. - The wireless LAN connection may fail if you use any characters other than alphabetical characters, spaces, or specific symbols. For details, refer to this article: The device cannot connect to the wireless LAN network.
