Initial setup of the Music Center app fails for SoundBar or Wireless Speaker
Follow the steps below if the initial setup of the Music Center app fails for your HT-Z9F soundbar, or your SRS-RA3000 or SRS-RA5000 wireless speaker.
- Make sure your wireless network has an active internet connection.
- Check if other devices have an internet connection.
- Make sure your Sound Bar/Wireless Speaker and mobile device are connected to the same wireless network.
- Force quit the Music Center app and reboot (restart) your mobile device.
- Perform the initial setup of the Music Center app again.
- Unplug the router from the wall outlet and then plug it in again.
- Power reset the soundbar.
- Turn off the soundbar.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and then wait for one minute.
- Plug in the power cord
- Turn on the soundbar.
