The Soundbar LED flashes, sound skips, or noise occurs

    This issue usually occurs when the main unit and the subwoofer are not linked. Follow these instructions to resolve the issue:

    1. If possible, move the subwoofer closer to the main unit of the home theater where it will not be directly blocked by any furniture, walls, or metal barrier.

    2. If you can switch the wireless access point (wireless router) between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, change the frequency to avoid interference from other wireless devices:

      • For the HT-ST9, HT-ST5, HT-NT3, HT-RT5, HT-ST5000, and HT-MT500: Switch the wireless router to the 2.4 GHz band.

      • For the HT-CT780, HT-CT380, HT-NT5, HT-CT790, HT-CT390, HT-CT800, HT-MT300, HT-CT290, HT-G700, and HT-S400: Switch the wireless router to the 5 GHz band.
