The device cannot connect to the wireless LAN network

    Check the following:
Note: Refer to the router manual for details on how to set up the wireless LAN router.

    1. Make sure that the security key (or password) is correct.
    2. Make sure that the wireless LAN router is updated to the latest version.
    3. Make sure that the network name (SSID) meets the following conditions:
      • The number of characters is less than 32
      • Only alphabetical characters, spaces, or symbols (!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~) are being used
Note: This means you can only use ASCII character codes between 0x20 and 0x7E
    4. Remove obstacles between the device and the wireless LAN router, and set the device closer to the wireless LAN router to make wireless communication easier.
    5. Check the frequency band of the wireless LAN router. Devices using a 2.4 GHz frequency band, such as a microwave, Bluetooth device, or digital cordless device, may interrupt communication. Move the speaker system away from such devices, or turn off the devices. If the issue is not resolved, change the frequency band of the wireless LAN router to 5 GHz.
