How to use the on-screen keypad with the built-in web browser of the Blu-ray Disc player.

    IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.

    NOTE: Connecting a USB keyboard to the front USB input of the Blu-ray Disc® player, will make it easier to use the web browser feature.

    Steps on how to access the on-screen keypad when using the built-in web browser.

    1. Using the supplied remote, press the OPTIONS button.
    2. Select Enter URL.

    3. Press the Select button button.

    Steps on how to quickly enter common URL characters.

    1. Select URL.
    2. Press the Enter button.
    3. Select the desired URL characters.

    4. Press the Enter button.

    List of special on-screen keys or buttons.

    • Use the on-screen arrows to back space or forward space along an entry.
    • Use the Clear key to erase an entire entry.
    • Use the green button on the supplied remote to delete an unwanted entry.
    • Use the blue button on the supplied remote to switch between letters, numbers and special characters.
    • Press the red button on the supplied remote to switch between capital letters and lower case letters.
    • Press the yellow button on the supplied remote when entering other language characters.
