Audio from the soundbar or home theater and is out of sync with the TV picture

Check the following settings and connection if the audio of your soundbar or home theater system and the video of your TV are out of sync. If model-specific information is required to complete each step, check your manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

• If the audio and video are out of sync from your TV
  1. Update your soundbar or home theater system to its latest software version. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
  2. On your TV, set the audio output to PCM.
  3. On the supplied remote of your soundbar or home theater system, press the MUSIC button to set sound mode to MUSIC.
  4. Press the VERTICAL S. and set to OFF.
• If the audio and video are out of sync from a Blu-ray Disc™ player, cable box, or similar device
  • Connect the Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or similar device directly to the HDMI IN port of your soundbar or home theater system.
