I Can't Use Google Assistant to Adjust the Volume of My Smart Speaker

To adjust the volume of your smart speaker, face the speaker and loudly say the percentage you want to set the volume (0-100), followed by "percent".
- Example: Say "Ok Google, set the volume to 5 percent"
