The neckband speaker or headphones won't change the volume, pause, or skip when the transmitter is connected to the TV

Follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Volume: To change the volume on the TV, use the volume buttons on the neckband speaker or headphones. Do not use the TV remote control.
Note: You can't adjust the volume with headphones that don't have a volume adjustment function. - Pause or Skip: The headphones or neckband speaker can't be used to play content on the TV, pause the current content, or skip to the next piece of content. Use the TV remote control instead.
